I have been teaching since 1993, and started with PWSD in 2004. I have taught every subject in Grades 1 to 8 in that time, including having 4 grades all together when I started my career teaching French Immersion. I have been fortunate to have taught in several places around the world including Egypt, Costa Rica, and Guatemala. That led me to the realization that I thrive on change, which is exactly why I love my role as Education Technologist. With the ever changing world that is technology I am passionate about helping teachers and students become more confident and comfortable to safely integrate technology into their daily learning goals.

I have been teaching for PWSD since 1991. Over the years, I have taught everything from ECS to Grade 8. My favourite grades are 3, 4 and 5. With the arrival of the 21st century I felt the desire to pursue my Master's degree in Educational Technology. This led to my current position with the district, as the Education Technologist. I am absolutely loving working with the teachers and students in the school division to integrate technology in an effective and curriculum focused way!
